Whitney Gibson, the principal of Brunswick Legal, prides herself on building quality, long-lasting relationships with her clients by delivering meaningful, trustworthy advice and assistance in a relaxed atmosphere. Whitney was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court in Queensland in July 2014 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland University of Technology and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Queensland College of Law. She thereafter obtained her New South Wales Solicitors Practicing Certificate and commenced work in a general practice in Ballina, New South Wales where she gained a range of legal experience, predominantly focusing on commercial and property law. Whitney found that by dedicating herself to only a few facets of law, she was able to acquire a more in-depth knowledge, and therefore provide more thorough advice on her specialties. Whitney is certified for electronic conveyancing via PEXA, which adds security and efficiency to the property transaction. See pexa.com.au for more information on what electronic conveyancing means for the future of conveyancing and property transactions in NSW. She is also registered for Electronic Duties Return, allowing clients to pay their stamp duty to the New South Wales Office of State Revenue via her office. See osr.gov.au for more information.
